How are royalties calculated?
All royalties are a percentage of retail price. For example a eBook selling for $8.00 will earn the author a royalty of $4.00.

Where will my eBooks be sold?
eBooks are sold on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Kobo, Apple Books, Scribd, Tolino, 24symbols, Playseter, OverDrive, bibliotheca, and Baker & Taylor.
What do I submit for a cover?
For best results, we need a jpeg file sized to 1600x2400. Make sure the title and author name are visible on the front and it looks professional. All cover art must be accompanied by a copyright release.
What if I can’t make a decent looking cover?
No problem. We can make an eBook cover to your specifications for only $99. Just email us at publisher@newharborpress.com for details.
When do I receive royalties for my book?
Royalty accrual periods are Jan-Jun and Jul-December. We pay royalties in January and July for the preceding periods.
Is there a minimum payout for royalties?
No. It is your money and we will pay you as much or as little as you earn.
Am I restricted to an eBook price between $2.99 and $9.99?
Amazon sets the royalty bar and pays the highest royalties for this bracket so you can receive 50% royalties for these sales. Books priced between $0.99 and $2.99 will only receive a 20% royalty payout.
